The Western New York Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors, Inc., offers a variety of services to their members. These include:

· Health Insurance: The Association's Blue Cross & Blue Shield insurance plans provide numerous options for member firms and their employees to receive comprehensive medical coverage.

· Education & Training: Members are kept current on changes taking place in the industry and with government regulations. Association sponsored seminars on trade related topics are offered throughout the year.

· Scholarship Opportunities: Attracting new talent is essential to the future of the plumbing, heating and cooling industry. The Association provides scholarships in order to identify and aid students pursuing a career in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry. 

· Communications: A monthly newsletter keeps the association members informed on important local, state, and national information. The Association publishes a biennial Trade Directory with a product/service section, local government information, and listings of licensed Master Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors.

· Meetings and Special Functions: Members can take advantage of networking opportunities with other contractors at our monthly membership meetings, annual golf and summer outings, and our holiday gala.

· Workers' Compensation Program: The New York State PHCC offers a complete Workers' Compensation package. As a member of the PMCA, you can take advantage of this state sponsored program.
