The Western New York Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors, Inc., offers a variety of services to their members. These include:

• Health Insurance: Our Blue Cross & Blue Shield insurance plans provide numerous options for member firms and their employees to receive comprehensive medical coverage.
  
  
• Education & Training: Members are kept current on changes taking place in the industry and with government regulations. Association sponsored seminars on trade related topics are offered throughout the year.
  
• Scholarship Opportunities:? Attracting new talent is essential to the future of the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.? The WNY Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association (PMCA) is providing scholarships in order to identify and aid students pursuing a career in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.

• Communications: A monthly newsletter keeps the association members informed on important local, state, and national information. The Association publishes a biennial Trade Directory with a product/service section, local government information, and listings of licensed Master Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors. We also publish a Guide Book listing permits, fees, and insurance requirements.
  
  
• Meetings and Special Functions: We provide networking opportunities with other contractors at our monthly membership meetings, annual golf and summer outings, and our holiday gala. The Association also co-sponsors a biennial trade show.
  
  
• Workers' Compensation Program: The New York State PHCC offers a complete Workers' Compensation package. As a member of the PMCA, you can take advantage of this state sponsored program.
